You and target spell’s controller bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of 1. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid. If you win the bidding, counter that spell.

Spiritual Leader — At the beginning of combat on your turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Psychic Stimulus — {T}: Add {C}{C}. When you next cast a spell with {X} in its mana cost or activate an ability with {X} in its activation cost this turn, copy that spell or ability. You may choose new targets for the copy. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

Whenever you cast a multicolored spell, Mana Cannons deals X damage to any target, where X is the number of colors that spell is.

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of {C} equal to that spell’s mana value.

Flying

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, create an X/X red Dragon Illusion creature token with flying and haste, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast that spell. Exile that token at the beginning of the next end step.

Managorger Phoenix can’t block.

Whenever you cast a spell, if Managorger Phoenix is in your graveyard, put a flame counter on Managorger Phoenix for each {R} in that spell’s mana cost. If Managorger Phoenix has five or more flame counters on it, return it to the battlefield and it perpetually gets +1/+1.

Whenever you cast a spell, Manaplasm gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is that spell’s mana value.

Flying

{1}{B}, {T}: Rather than pay the mana cost of the next spell you cast this turn, you may pay life equal to that spell’s mana value.

Flying

{0}: You may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard this turn. If that spell doesn’t target a creature you control, it costs {8} more to cast this way. If that spell would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. Activate only once each turn. (You still pay the spell’s costs. Timing rules for the spell still apply.)

If target spell has only one target and that target is a creature, change that spell’s target to another creature.

Whenever you cast a spell, choose one —

• Flavor — Meet and Greet “Sisay” gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each line of flavor text that spell has.

• History — Create a Treasure token if that spell doesn’t share an expansion symbol with a permanent you control or a card in your graveyard.

Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it on top of its owner’s library instead of into that player’s graveyard.

Mercurial Spelldancer can’t be blocked.

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, put an oil counter on Mercurial Spelldancer.

Whenever Mercurial Spelldancer deals combat damage to a player, you may remove two oil counters from it. If you do, when you cast your next instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create an X/X colorless Construct artifact creature token, where X is that spell’s mana value.

{3}{U}{U}, Exile Metallurgic Summonings: Return all instant and sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand. Activate only if you control six or more artifacts.

Counter target spell. That spell’s controller reveals their hand, then discards each card with the same name as a card spliced onto that spell.

Counter target spell unless its controller pays {X}. Mindswipe deals X damage to that spell’s controller.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {3}. If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Flying

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell that targets only Mirrorwing Dragon, that player copies that spell for each other creature they control that the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those creatures.

Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you may search your graveyard, hand, and/or library for a card with the same name as that spell and put it onto the battlefield. If you search your library this way, shuffle.

Surveil 2, then choose an instant or sorcery card in your graveyard. You may cast it this turn. If that spell would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. (To surveil 2, look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
