#207 - 9/27/2024 - This deck was designed around the random card suggested by Leo on Discord: Starscream, Power Hungry. It was also built to be under a budget of $100 (It came in at $70.65). Starscream is a super unique mono-black commander that cares about being monarch and drawing cards. With that in mine we can load up on monarch, initiative, combat incentives, and card draw effects to maximize the use of our deathtouch creatures.
